    Return Policy

    At Caroline's Treasures, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    Returns

    You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns.

    Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Include a copy of your invoice with your return.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
