Refunds & Returns

Return Policy

At Caroline's Treasures, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us from your original order. Once you have received a return authorization, please send your item to:

Caroline's Treasures
ATTN: Returns
2850 Government Blvd
Mobile, AL 36606

Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Include a copy of your invoice with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

International returns and refunds through Managed Markets

Our international orders are handled through Shopify Managed Markets, powered by Global-e. Caroline's Treasures receives and manages your returns, so please follow the return process above.

Global-e is the merchant of record for Managed Markets purchases. Your international checkout provides links to Global-e's terms and conditions and privacy policy. Please review those official documents for the terms applicable to your international purchase.

Duties, customs fees, and VAT

Under Managed Markets, duties, customs fees, and VAT are not refunded after an order has been fulfilled. These charges are separate from the product refund.

Refund currency and exchange rates

For Managed Markets orders paid in a foreign currency, refunds made within 30 days of the order date use the same exchange rate as the original purchase. The exchange-rate guarantee lasts 30 days from the order date, not from delivery. Refunds made after that period may be affected by exchange-rate changes.

This exchange-rate guarantee is separate from our return window, which starts when you receive your item.
